A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds for the ingram planetarium in sunset beach.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources the sum of one hundred twenty‑nine thousand dollars ($129,000) for the 2009‑2010 fiscal year.  These funds shall be allocated to Ocean Isle Museum Foundation, Inc., and used for capital improvements at the Ingram Planetarium.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2009.
