A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT restoring the zoning protest rights of the citizens of the city of greensboro by repealing the exemption of that city from the General law relating to zoning protest petitions.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 11 of S.L. 1971‑29 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
