A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to construct a new facility to house programs and services for senior citizens in Gates county.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Gates County the sum of two million dollars ($2,000,000) for the 2009‑2010 fiscal year for the construction of a new facility to house programs and services for senior citizens in Gates County.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2009.
