A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds for the rhema educational services for youth in perquimans county.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Perquimans County the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for the 2009‑2010 fiscal year to be allocated to Rhema Educational Services for Youth to purchase equipment and upgrade its child care facility.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2009.
