A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to reinstate the setoff debt collection procedures for the university of north carolina schools of medicine, clinical programs, AND THE unc HEALTH CARE SYSTEM.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 105A‑2(2)f. is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
