Proposed House Plan - Sutton 5
"Proposed House Plan - Sutton 5" was created to correct deficiencies found by the North Carolina Supreme Court in Sutton House Plan 3.
It was ratified on May 17, 2002 and became SL 2002-1 on May 20, 2002.
The plan was held invalid by the North Carolina Superior Court.
