Money
  • Pages need to have lunch before arriving and checking in at the Page office in Room 1029 in the Legislative Building on Monday


  • Pages should bring money for lunch each day and for miscellaneous expenses


  • Pages do not need to bring large sums of money


  • The General Assembly will not be responsible for the loss or theft of personal property during the pages’ stay in Raleigh




Parking
  • The General Assembly is unable to provide parking for commuting pages


  • Pages may drive to Raleigh, but are discouraged from driving to and from the Legislative Building during their assigned week


  • Pages staying with host families will have transportation provided


  • On the day of arrival and departure, pages may park in nearby visitor parking lots for a nominal fee. The visitors parking lot is located at the corner of Jones and Wilmington Streets just past the Museum of History Building
