Redistricting Update!
Need an update on the redistricting lawsuits in North Carolina?  No worries. We got you!

Both the NC legislative suit (Common Cause v. Lewis) and the U.S. Congressional suit (Harper v. Lewis) have been settled. The General Assembly has redrawn the state and federal districts, and the court has approved them both.

New state and federal district maps are available here. You can look up who will represent you in 2020 here. And if you want to read any of the documents in the two court cases, you can find them all here. (A good summary of each case is available here.)

For more information, contact the Legislative Library at 919-733-9390.
