H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 37.5 of S.L. 2016-94 clarifies that allocations of funds from the Reserve for Repairs and Renovations may be used for the installation of new electrical, plumbing, and related systems, and also authorizes funds allocated from that Reserve to be used for building demolition.
