H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 10.1 of S.L. 2016-94 changes mandatory performance measures for community colleges by adding measures of the success rate of students in credit-bearing English and Math courses, and removes measures related to attainment of adult high school equivalency diplomas by students and success of developmental students in subsequent college level English and Math courses.

This section became effective July 1, 2016.
