H474 - Exclude Year-Round Track-Out Program/Child Care. (SL 2016-7)

Overview: S.L. 2016-7 adds track-out programs provided to school-age children when they are out of school on a year-round school calendar to the listed exceptions to the statutory definition of "child care."
