HOUSE BILL 1214

AN ACT RELATING TO THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE LAW LIBRARY OF BURKE COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 4 of Chapter 403 of the Session Laws of 1957 is amended by striking out in line 2 the words and figures "one dollar ($1.00)" and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "fifty cents ($.50)."

Sec. 2. Section 5 of Chapter 403 of the Session Laws of 1957 is amended by striking out in line 4 the words and figures "one dollar ($1.00)" and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "fifty cents ($.50)."

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 17th day of June, 1961.
