HOUSE BILL 409

AN ACT TO AMEND H. B. NO. 102, RATIFIED THE 23RD DAY OF MARCH, 1961, RELATING TO THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY PASQUOTANK COUNTY TO THE COLLEGE OF THE ALBEMARLE.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The first sentence of Section 1 of H. B. No. 102, ratified on the 23rd day of March, 1961, is amended by inserting after the word "empowered" and before the words "to convey" the words "without consideration".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
