A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to allow the department of transportation to receive mitigation credit for joint purchases with the clean water management trust fund.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 113A-254(c) is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2005.
