A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to officially designate senate bill 140, Session law 2010-5, as "bonnie's law."

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  S.L. 2010-5 is amended by adding a new section to read:

"SECTION 1.1. This act shall be known and may be cited as 'Bonnie's Law.'"

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
