RATIFIED BILL

AN ACT to repeal the payroll savings program for savings bonds due to recent changes made by the united states treasury department.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Article 32 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes is repealed.

SECTION 2.  G.S. 115C-343 is repealed.

SECTION 3.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 15^th day of June, 2011.
