a CURATIVE ACT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO assign aLL AREAS inadvertently unassigned BY session law 2011-169, an act to provide geographic parity in representation on the Greene county board of commissioners, AND TO CLARIFY THE TEXTUAL EXPLANATION OF THE DISTRICTing PLAN FOR THE GREENE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of S.L. 2011-169 reads as rewritten:
"SECTION 2. Until modified, the elections for the Greene County Board of Commissioners shall be conducted in the following districts:
