A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT PROVIDING THAT THE 2011 GENERAL ASSEMBLY SHALL MEET FOR A DAY AT THE STATE CAPITOL.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  On Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., the Senate and the House of Representatives shall meet at the State Capitol in their respective chambers.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.
