A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to provide for studies by the House of Representatives and the SENATE, statutory oversight committees and commissions, and other agencies, committees, and commissions.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The House of Representatives and the Senate may study various issues, as provided by this act, and may authorize statutory oversight committees and commissions, agencies, and other committees and commissions to undertake studies, as directed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
