A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal the prohibition on teacher prepayment provision in the school and teacher paperwork reduction act of 2011, as recommended by the Joint legislative education Oversight Committee.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 5 of S.L. 2011-379 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2012.
