A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT providing that A list of e-mail addresses of persons subscribing to e-mail lists kept by Carteret County and the city of Greenville SHALL BE OPEN TO PUBLIC INSPEction but Are not required to be provided, and Further PROVIDING THAT a list Can BE Used ONLY for the purposes to which it was subscribed.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of S.L. 2010-83 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 3. This act applies only to Carteret, Wake County, Wake, and Yadkin Counties, the City Cities of Greenville, and Raleigh, and the Towns of Apex, Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Morrisville, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Wendell, and Zebulon.Zebulon, and to Yadkin County."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
