RATIFIED BILL

AN ACT to repeal the sunset on fire protection fees in union county.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of S.L. 2010-84 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 2^nd day of June, 2011.
