RATIFIED BILL

AN ACT to extend the sunset on the law allowing capital lease financing for public schools.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of S.L. 2006-232 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 3. This act is effective when it becomes law and is repealed effective July 1, 2011.July 1, 2015."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 15^th day of June, 2011.
