A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal S.L. 2009-114.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  S.L. 2009-114 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act applies only to the City of Asheville.

SECTION 3.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
