H1030 - 2016 Appropriations Act. (SL 2016-94)

Overview: Sec. 12G.1 of S.L. 2016-94 amends a provision in the 2014 Appropriations Act to extend until June 30, 2019, the moratorium on issuing licenses to home care agencies that intend to offer in-home aide services. The moratorium continues to not apply to companion, sitter, or respite services, or to other specified licensing situations.

This section became effective July 14, 2016.
