S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Sec. 11E.2 of S.L. 2017-57 requires the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, to review the current fee schedule for medical and environmental services provided by the State Laboratory of Public Health and report any recommended strategies for addressing its structural budget deficit no later than March 1, 2018.
