S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Sec. 11D.2 of S.L. 2017-57 amends G.S. 143B-181.1A to change the date that the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Aging and Adult Services is required to submit a plan for serving older adults in the State. The date was changed from March 1 to July 1 of every other odd-numbered year.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
