S63 - Military Affairs Commission/Strategic Plan. (SL 2017-64)

Overview: S.L. 2017-64 requires the North Carolina Military Affairs Commission to adopt a comprehensive strategic plan to enhance North Carolina military installations and their missions, to report on the State's performance under the plan annually, and to update the plan every four years.

The act became effective June 28, 2017.
