S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 32.1 of S.L. 2017-57 directs the Department of Public Safety, upon request, and for a fee, to provide criminal histories to the Department of Revenue for its prospective employees, employees, and contractors, subject to the conditions of this section.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
