S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Sec. 34.1 of S.L. 2017-57 sets out the anticipated revenue for the Highway Fund and the Highway Trust Fund for fiscal year 2019-2020 though fiscal year 2022-2023; and directs the Department of Transportation to develop a four-year revenue forecast beginning with the 2023-2024 fiscal year for use in developing cash flow estimates, for development of the Strategic Transportation Improvement Program, and to compute transportation debt capacity.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
