S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 37.11 of S.L. 2017-57 requires the Department of Information Technology to incorporate network segmentation and automation into its statewide cybersecurity policy and also requires participating agencies to adopt solutions and security controls that isolate and segment sensitive information.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
