S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 16B.8 of S.L. 2017-57 authorizes the North Carolina Troopers Association to use all trademarks identifying the North Carolina State Highway Patrol held by the North Carolina Department of Public Safety or its Divisions. The authorized use is limited to purposes that support the State Highway Patrol, employees of the State Highway Patrol, and the family members of the State Highway Patrol.
