S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Section 18B.6 of S.L. 2017-57 provides that no court may waive or remit all or part of any court costs or fines without providing notice and an opportunity to be heard to all government entities directly affected.

This section becomes effective December 1, 2017, and applies to all cases arising on or after that date.
