S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Sec. 17.3 of S.L. 2017-57 requires the Program Evaluation Division (PED) to evaluate the allocation and use of attorneys in State government and submit its findings to the Joint Legislative Program Evaluation Oversight Committee (JLPEOC) and to the Chairs of the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Justice and Public Safety by March 1, 2018.

This section became effective July 1, 2017.
