S99 - Appropriations Act of 2018. (SL 2018-5)

Overview: Section 11F.3 of S.L. 2018-5 transfers $10 million in nonrecurring funds from the Dorthea Dix Hospital Property Fund to the Department of Public Instruction to provide all or a portion of the salary and benefits costs needed to employ additional school mental health support personnel during the 2018-2019 fiscal year.

This section became effective July 1, 2018.
