S99 - Appropriations Act of 2018. (SL 2018-5)

Overview: Sec. 11H.9 of S.L. 2018-5 requires the Department of Health and Human Services to submit to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Medicaid and NC Health Choice by November 1, 2018, a detailed seven-year forecast for Medicaid Transformation that includes an annual budget detailing anticipated requirements, receipts, and appropriations for each fiscal year starting with the 2018-2019 fiscal year and ending with the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
