S99 - Appropriations Act of 2018. (SL 2018-5)

Overview: Sec. 9.8 of S.L. 2018-5 allows a community college to use funds allocated to it by the State Board of Community Colleges in recognition of successful institutional performance to give one-time, performance-based bonuses to faculty and staff. A bonus awarded with these funds is not considered compensation.

This section became effective July 1, 2018.
